Your private driver will pick you up from your hotel in the morning after breakfast and take you to the Modena area. The order of the day will be adapted depending on your location. During the day, you'll visit a Parmigiano farm and a Balsamic Vinegar producer. You'll get to learn about the production process and visit the aging room where 8000 massive wheels of Parmesan are stacked up. At the farm, you'll get to taste some of the delicious cheese and see the owner's classic car collection. Afterward, your tour will continue with a visit to a Balsamic Vinegar producer. You will tour the farm and taste vinegars that range from 5 to 100 years in age!

After tasting so many delicious products, you will get the chance to learn some local recipes using other local ingredients. You'll be in the company of local chefs who will teach you how to make pasta or reproduce some of the popular dishes served in the restaurant. At the end of the lesson, you'll sit down to a delicious meal with a glass of locally-produced wine.

The day will end back at your hotel.
